Amoxicillin order of degradation which are also produced during the first weeks of growth. These activities depend on the type of drug selected and the type of soil are more significant if the crop is inoculated with soil bacterium. The most prominent activity is at the end stage of ripening when the acidity and amount of sugars, or other metabolites, increase. As a result, the activity of enzymes and enzymes-specific protein-building materials in cell wall biosynthesis increases. During the time from initial phase of ripening, to when the fruit is harvested, activity of this enzyme decreases dramatically (W.H. Miller and J.M. Lasko, 1970). This decrease is in part due to the fact that at low pH and high sugar levels, both of which are present in tropical environments, bacteria are more efficient at the first stage of ripening than at the second stage. Many yeasts have been isolated and cultivated from tropical fruits grown under laboratory conditions. However, many, if not most, of these yeasts have not been associated with their respective fruits (Wenningholz et al., 2000). Therefore, most studies of tropical yeasts have focused on Bacillus subtilis A(4, 5, 6) and Mycobacterium smegma D(4, 5), but a few studies have tested Saccharomyces cerevisiae E(4). It has been reported that both of these yeasts can be cultured. Most work with A(4, 5, 6) has used Saccharomyces cerevisiae N-propionate to grow the yeasts. Most work with E(4) has used Mycobacterium smegma D(4, 5). Thus, most yeast culture work with tropical fungi would be conducted with the A(4, 5, 6) or E(4) yeasts. Although the yeast has been isolated from some tropical fruit, it has less recently been reported to be grown any degree of commercial quality. The fermentation of sugar and starch is carried out by the yeast, while ethanol production is accomplished by the bacterium, Microsporum syringae (Komodo 1982), and some yeasts do not ferment polysaccharides (Bacillus subtilis A(4, 5, 6) and Mycobacterium smegma D(4, 5)). Certain yeasts, however, can ferment starch poorly, while others, notably Bacillus subtilis E(4) or Mycobacterium smegma D, can ferment non-starch polysaccharides (Komodo 1982). Disease Surveillance Although this issue is considered a major contributor to the failure detect disease under field conditions at large scale, it is actually much more difficult to distinguish a disease-affected crop from disease-free when the pathogens are being cultured individually. This is most evident when the inoculum is grown in vitro rather than being propagated as is, usually, for agricultural use. In addition, during the period of active growth within a sample, the population of organisms may shift so that certain species become dominant. There
